TIPS AND NEWS

When you are subscribed to our newsletter, have requested a download, you have registered for a free online workshop and / or training, you have filled in a contact form or have made a purchase and do not want to receive an email from us in the future with tips and news, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us. 

Your email address will be immediately removed from our database and will not be saved. 

Your personal data is stored in our email system and this goes through the servers of  ActiveCampaign . ActiveCampaign’s servers are located in the United States. Your data can therefore be transferred, stored and processed in the United States. The transfer of this data takes place on the basis of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. More information about ActiveCampaign’s privacy policy can be found  here . 

In addition, we share data that we have obtained through requesting a free workshop / training with Facebook in order to create advertising target groups. 

THIRD PARTIES WITH ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

Your Balance  never sells your data to third parties. We only pass on your data to other parties if this is necessary for our services to you or to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. in case of suspicion of fraud to the government). You can think of parties such as: administration office, supplier of online accounting software, payment provider, email software supplier, IT service provider and web hosting.

These parties may not process the data for their own purposes unless they are responsible for it. In all other cases, Your Balance Coach remains responsible for these processing operations.
